- Vegetable Oil (Peanut, Cottonseed, Soybean and/or Sunflower Seed) – controversial · Mixed oil blend where peanut oil is acceptable, but cottonseed and soybean oils are highly refined seed oils linked to inflammation and oxidative stress.
- Sea Salt – safe · Natural mineral salt that enhances flavor and provides trace minerals, though sodium content should be monitored.
